I have spent much of my career in Sales Management and Marketing. I have enjoyed seeing many employees that I have worked with prosper in the sales careers. Creating and implementing new marketing plans for our Company helps separate Driessen Water from our competition. I sincerely feel this part of my career brings great value to our Company and sets us apart from other water treatment companies. I assist in Driessen Waters' sales, marketing and advertising budgets on a monthly and annual basis. I'm also responsible in the planning regional co-op budgets and advertising plans to ensure our marketing and sales budgets are achieved. I work closely with Kennedy Communications, our advertising agency, to ensure all of our media placement and internet marketing plans are placed properly for each market we serve. I work closely with our General Managers to coordinate our sales teams and all employee training related to customer service. I coordinate sales and lead tracking programs for our company to achieve the results needed for growth within our Company. I recently achieved my Certified Water Specialist certification and feel very honored that all of our General Managers also hold this certification.
