With a passion for creating sustainable, equitable and and inclusive communities, I pursued a Master of City Planning degree and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate at UC Berkeley, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in real estate development and finance.For the past three years, I worked as a Project Manager at Chelsea Investment Corporation, a leading developer of affordable housing in California. I managed multiple multifamily projects from acquisition to lease-up, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and entitlements. I also supervised and mentored assistant project managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.As an Associate Project Manager at Satellite Affordable Housing Associates, I honed my skills in financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and community engagement. I successfully secured funding from various sources, including tax credits, bonds, and grants, and delivered high-quality affordable housing units to diverse and underserved populations.I am eager to leverage my expertise in large scale development, financing, planning, and to contribute to the mission and vision of socially and environmentally responsible organizations in the real estate sector.
