More than 30 years of experience in the trailer industry, including manufacturing, supervision, purchasing, inside sales, marketing, accounting, customer care, advertising and corporate communications with additional previous experience in labor contracts and negotiations, labor union business and grievance procedures, consumer products, transportation, home improvement, sales, and retail. He also has first hand experience operating several types of industrial equipment, including Turret, Press, Punch, Shear, Router table, Extruders, Forklift, Tractor, Front Loader and Bobcat, Scissor lift, Hoists, and (smaller) Cranes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and a Certificate of Professional Supervisor from AMS Institute in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed several courses in JIT, SPC, Labor management, Unions and collective bargaining, Hydraulics, Hydronics, Electrical engineering, Electrical repair, HVAC and environmental controls, as well as several others. Specialties: Focused for several years on being a specialist in new product procurement and marketing, new product launch, and issues management, as well as being well known for his skill at finding the most difficult to find products to suit a customer's particular needs at the time. Scott holds an honorary Doctor of Religious Philosophy degree, and has performed weddings on occasion.
