Over eleven years at Lundbeck, my contributions in neuroscience-focused marketing and sales leadership has been extensive. As the interim Brand Lead and Senior Marketing Manager for the Abilify LAI Franchise, the focus has been on driving impactful strategies for HCP engagement and brand management for Abilify LAI Franchise. This includes setting yearly strategy for the franchise and launching a new product in the mental health space. By leveraging my extensive project management and customer engagement expertise, HCPs and patients have been the true benefactors of this franchise. Previously, contributions as Senior Area Sales Manager led to the recognition of my team with numerous All Star Awards, showcasing a commitment to teamwork and results-driven solutions. Coaching and developing people to reach beyond their potential has allowed me the opportunity to accelerate performance of my teams as well as numerous promotions of team members. Through these roles at Lundbeck, I have enhanced my leadership skills, stakeholder management, and alliance partnership to exceed all KPIs and goals for the organization.
