Knowledge is the key to being a good Realtor and Scott has spent the past ten years accumulating what would be a lifetime to most in the industry worth of information about downtown Toronto real estate from all perspectives including condominium new development sales, condominium resale listings and buyers, development land acquisitions and condominium development. Understanding all aspects of the industry is the mark of an experienced Realtor and that is why it was important to Scott that he firmly understands all areas of the business. Without this experience, he would not be able to convey the proper information to his clients to ensure that they make well-informed decisions.
