I offer a wealth of IT experience in Logistics, Purchasing, and Inventory Management, and have proven my ability to deliver world class customer service to a wide range of clientele. While the majority of my professional experience is related to the 3 areas mentioned, I have taken opportunities to expand my knowledge in other aspects not defined by my current role. I have made myself a more valuable team member, and have become a trusted source of institutional knowledge. Assisting and mentoring other team members to ensure processes and policies are followed is something I am passionate about, while maintaining the end goal of customer satisfaction. Aside from my extensive background in IT, I have worked in a vast range of organizations and specialties, balancing my talents and strengths. These circumstances have allowed me to grow professionally, while improving quality and building strong relationships with co-workers, management, and customers. I possess a tremendous amount of accountability and accuracy, in addition to my ability to multitask at an extremely high level, harmonizing priorities and workloads.
