With over two decades dedicated to corporate wellness, volunteer work and personal growth, I am passionate about helping individuals, communities and organizations unlock their full potential through a daily health & wellness practice. As a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of several social enterprises, including the Padua Community Wellness Center, DESTA Black Community Network, Organik Corporate Health, and the Be Human Club, my work is rooted in a commitment to creating thrivable and impactful change in communities and corporations alike.Since 2006, I have been at the forefront of corporate wellness, helping companies foster healthier and more human-driven environments. I’ve shared my knowledge through more than 300 talks, offering practical strategies for integrating wellness into daily life, and my role as a yoga and meditation teacher since 2009 has allowed me to inspire others to prioritize mental, physical, and emotional well-being.One of my most cherished initiatives, Be Human Club, launched in 2018, is a movement dedicated to fostering kindness, authenticity, and human connection. Through its thoughtfully designed apparel and uplifting messages like 'Be Human,''Be Love,' and 'Be Joy,' the Be Human Club creates a powerful sense of belonging and self-expression for individuals committed to mindful living.My latest venture, Better Being, established in 2021, builds on my years of experience by offering tailored corporate wellness services. Through workshops, conferences, events, healthy challenges and trainings, Better Being focuses on the holistic health of employees, empowering organizations to create more balanced and productive workplaces. We recently held our first public event, marking a significant milestone in our mission to bring wellness to the forefront of corporate culture.As an ambassador for Spa Scandinave, I guide guests through the rejuvenating practice of hot and cold therapy, integrating mindfulness and relaxation techniques for a truly transformative experience.My mission has always been clear: inspire a daily wellness practice.
