The only constant in life is change. Sometimes change is our choice, sometimes it is foisted upon us. Sometimes change happens fast, other times it is incremental. Planning for a desired change, and / or responding to an unexpected change, can be a challenge. I am here to help. Motivational Interviewing is a counseling style that evokes the client's desire for change, and strengthens their commitment to change. People are far more likely to succeed in change if the choice of change is based on their motivations, values and expectations. Evoking, exploring and ascertaining a path forward is the essence of how I help people navigate change. I create a space and facilitate a process that supports people to move toward their chosen goals: career, interpersonal, health, and community. What change do you want?
