I operate as a senior-level individual contributor, bridging firmware with rollout and monitoring automation and large-scale analytics using Deepnote, Python/pandas, SQL, Redash, Snowflake, Grafana, and AWS IoT. I’m frequently relied on to investigate and resolve the most difficult issues: acquiring and analyzing device and fleet data, identifying root causes, and clearly communicating both engineering solutions and business implications. My work is grounded in understanding the full system—from how edge devices behave in the field to how that behavior surfaces in metrics, dashboards, and drives technical and business solutions. I also lead by example in integrating AI into engineering workflows. Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity have become integral to how I ideate, troubleshoot, write, and communicate—consistently improving the quality, clarity, and velocity of my work.
