With over 15 years of expertise spanning supply chain management, pricing strategy, and financial oversight, I bring a results-driven approach to optimizing contract execution in mission-critical environments. As Director of Supply Chain Contracts at the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), I guide contract planning, execution, and compliance efforts across the brigade’s area of responsibility. My focus remains on delivering seamless strategic sourcing solutions that align with operational goals and higher headquarters' directives. Previously, as Director of Project Management at Crowley, I led multidisciplinary teams in developing innovative pricing strategies that supported high-value contracts, including FEMA projects exceeding $200M.
