Hi, I'm Scott! I'm an innovative engineering leader obsessed with understanding market needs and using that to drive development of best-in-class products to support business growth. I also focus on developing organizations by implementing strategies that promote growth, innovation, and collaboration. My leadership extends to guiding entire departments and fostering a culture of innovation. Attention to detail is important to me, often turning projects into long-term successes. I specialize in integrating business goals with technical requirements to achieve outcomes everyone can be proud of. I excel at communicating with stakeholders, using tools like ECAD, MCAD, PLM, ERP, and CRM to ensure decisions are transparent and well-understood. When technical data supports business decisions, it creates a sense of ownership and collective success. In my latest role, I managed a department of over 165 staff with an annual budget of $28MM. I was accountable for the development of Fuel Cell projects, including mobility, material handling, high and low power stationary, and customer and operations support for all product lines.
