HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) SPECIALIST-ProjectsKey Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all HSE matters related with project team members and contractors inensuring that the Project is incompliance within the project requirement i.e. specification, safetycode and other policies/guidelines related to the project. Manage health, safety, environment, security & emergency for each phase of the Project, andachieve safe project completion. The requirement in each Project phase is listed, but not limitedto, as follows:i. ITP preparation: Prepare and verify HSE requirement in ITP package.ii. Engineering Phase: Review, check and verify engineering deliverables related to Fabrication/construction Phase: Manage and control safety execution of the fabricationactivities by contractor and verify the works and work procedure meet relevant HSErequirement and guideline.iv. Manage and control safety execution of the activities by each contractor and verify the works and procedure meet relevant HSE requirement and guideline. Check and monitor the activities toprevent and avoid environmental impact. Prepare HSE Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental ManagementProcedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Audit Plan/Procedure andany other HSE related documents. Prepare HSE management system and operate as key personnel. Manage Risk Assessment of the Project, and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and withrelated 3rd parties. Enforce and audit activities to ensure it meets Sodexo's design criteria and other HSE guideline.Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit, and process it. Provide the professional measures against technical problems.
