About Scott Strack

As a specialist in wholesale maintenance, repair, and operating supply (MRO) sales, contracting and distribution management, as well as sales team development and management, I use strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis to identify key areas of opportunity. Using data-driven methodology, I create strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. I also build partner relationships with external (distribution partners, key influencers, etc.) and internal (senior executives, marketing, operations, and accounts, etc.) stakeholders, while inspiring and growing strong sales teams. This has paid off in exceptional brand loyalty and exceptional employee morale. A few of my accomplishments include: • Crafting a team of eight field account representatives who consistently exceeded annual revenue objectives. Six of these eight went on to internal promotion within 4 years, • Achieving a more than 150% increase in year-over-year sales revenue for fiscal years 2016 - 2018, and • Increasing year-over-year product sales revenue by $5.5M in a period of just over two years.
