With over twenty-four years of professional expertise, DSoft Technology benefits from my proficiency in designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and my certified mastery in SharePoint. Leading the AI initiatives, my current role involves evaluating both SaaS and custom generative AI offerings, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio, to enhance internal operations. I am adept at architecting low-code/no-code solutions, optimizing workflow automation, and leveraging AI to address complex business challenges. With a track record as a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Architect and Developer, my mission is to fuse AI with Power Platform capabilities to deliver transformative value and streamline processes for our clients. I have had the fortune to work on some compelling projects over my career with federal, state, and local governments, the utilities industry, and the healthcare industry. Working with one of the largest healthcare providers in the country was especially rewarding and equally challenging and it expanded my horizons to what is possible with SaaS based / low code frameworks. I look forward to working on projects in the future with the analytics capabilities found in Microsoft Fabric - what started as a curiosity with Reporting Services and Power BI has evolved to a passion for the direction of this technology in bringing together all aspects of data.
