With nearly 30 years of environmental services industry experience, including hazardous waste disposal, safety management, logistics, procurement, hazardous waste facilities management and project management I possess a robust skill-set to solve problems and influence strategic planning to capture organizational efficiencies and streamline operations. I consider myself an empathetic leader with an authentic interest in learning what makes people tick and utilizing that knowledge to help them shine. Throughout my career, I have continued to grow personally and professionally, never losing the ability to adapt to changing business landscapes. Most recently, I was accountable for a fleet of 1.8K railcars across 100+ collection and shipping locations at Clean Harbors / Safety Kleen. While accountable for a $55M budget and a team of 15, I delivered significant cost savings as the leader of the Rail Continuous Improvement Team and an innovator in the areas of S & OP. demand planning, and resource allocation. Prior to my last role I managed waste solutions and people for Clean Harbors and Philip Services Corp. Much of my work encompassed logistics, vendor relations, inventory optimization and regulatory compliance.
