Financial services professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and significant experience in financial product development and lifecycle management. From a risk management perspective, I have direct experience in implementing, managing, advancing/enhancing myriad risk programs, including developing and presenting training for both 1st and 2nd Line from the executive level to process owners, partnering with retirement, endowment & foundation, asset management, wealth management, fiduciary trust, broker dealer, digital and client experience, product management & development, and consumer & commercial banking businesses. I have experience with 40-Act funds, CTFs, institutional & retail separate accounts, offshore vehicles, 529 plans, institutional alternative strategies, contractual plans, fixed annuities, variable annuities, and closed-end funds. Specifically, I have worked in product development, merging CTFs into funds, acquisition due diligence, fund-to-fund mergers, development of separate account parameters, traveling Europe, South America, and Japan for international distribution, development of a 529 plan, and closed-end fund concept development and IPO/wholesaling. I have also managed shareholder proxies for advisory fee increases, fund mergers, and share class splits for mutual funds. I have experience presenting to executives and Boards of Directors.
