Scott W. Tincher has over 16 years of direct sales, business-to-business sales and marketing experience. Scott previously represented Bluewater Toxicology, LLC in sales and consulting as the Regional Vice President, ACO Division. Scott’s niche is risk mitigation and compliance training relative to the House Bill One. Scott develops and implements policies and procedures that adhere to state guidelines with urine drug screen confirmation programs in the primary care and specialty market places. As a previous business owner and managing partner, Scott successfully negotiated and executed contracts with outsourced government entities through the Department of Defense. Scott facilitated diagnostic business models through sub-contracted out government affiliates and assisted in the execution of these models for soldiers returning from theatre. Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated from Nova Southeastern University Master’s Program in Physical Therapy. Scott has experience with grant writing and was awarded the Rural Innovation Grant and VOGT Grant, and was an Annual Vogt Award finalist. Scott is the President of The Trent DiGiuro Foundation, a 501C3 organization and an endowment providing scholarships to student athletes for Oldham County High Schools in memory of Trent DiGiuro.
