I have a diverse skillset that spans many different industries including government contracting, health and wellness, higher education, cyber security, broadcasting, and consulting. I provide delivery leadership for organizations, managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs while driving business strategy and organizational alignment. For individuals and teams, I draw from an array of experience in coaching, change management, and performance improvement to help them define and achieve their most important objectives, solve complex problems, create new processes, and thrive through transition.
