In my role Head of Service - HCM Mid-Market, I am accountable for designing and executing a best in class client experience and record-breaking retention results while inspiring our teammates and partners to deliver return for our shareholders. During my time leading our Implementation & Onboarding organization at Paychex (2021-2024), I was responsible for the first impression for tens of thousands of new clients via their simple and successful onboarding. Through accountability, collaboration, and optimism our team sets high standards for achieving our goals including client loyalty, retention, profitability, and growth. From 2018-2021, I led a motivated Service team of 500+ throughout the Central and West regions. Specifically, this included Regional Service Centers in Phoenix, Denver, Albuquerque, Indianapolis, Baton Rouge, and Nashville. Other responsibilities included the expansion of our Accountant care teams to facilitate growth within this critical channel. Additionally, I managed our industry-leading 24x7x365 service team while team caring for our multi-cultural teams as well as our HR Services payroll teams. In 2019, our Service team finished #1 nationally in client retention, client satisfaction, and client loyalty. Previously, as Director of Sales for New York State, our Sales team achieved a top national ranking in 2017-18. In addition, we achieved #1 in the Eastern Area and #2 overall in the company in 2015-16. Our team produced hundreds of top performing sales contributors and leaders over my 5+ year tenure in this role. Moreover, we significantly grew our business YOY and led the country in productivity/yield per sales consultant. While District Sales Manager in Syracuse, I had the opportunity to lead an underperforming area in 2008 and led it to three Top 5 National rankings (out of 120) within a 4 year period from '08 to '12. In fiscal 2012, our team finished #1 overall in the Eastern Area. Having coached and developed multiple Rookie sales representatives into award-winning sales reps within Paychex, my passions include recruiting, coaching, and promoting the best talent in the industry.
