In addition to being a financial services professional, Scott Villa can be rarely spotted walking his dogs, taking his daughter to a basketball tournament or eating fast food in his car. Prior to my work at MDMS, my background features an expertise in driving technology and process solutions that resolves client’s concerns with exchange compliance, reporting, cost reduction and operational risk in very challenging business environment. I have broad experience on both the business and IT side of hedge funds, broker dealers, fintech companies, financial guaranty insurance, and rating agencies. Skilled project management capabilities including the oversight and direct supervision of technical personnel, large capital project planning, budgeting and delivery. Success managing in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
