Experience working with Major US Manufacturers in developing and implementing Machinery and Equipment Management Programs. These programs dealt with a range of services including but not limited to identification of owned and leased equipment, value assessments, internal redeployment processes, and disposal strategies. The programs maximized the client's understanding of their asset base, aided in understanding asset value, enhanced recovery values, and generally provided insight into more efficient methods of handling assets used in their operations.
