Twenty years of critical care as a Paramedic. I have functioned in Colorado and in Clark County Las Vegas. I have recently moved to a regulatory position with the Southern Nevada Health District Community Health division and into the Office of EMS and Trauma. I am the project leader for the SNHD EMS Instructor symposium. As curator, I am gathering together the leaders in EMS education and helping them to form presentations for our symposium. The intended audience is EMS instructors of all levels. day to day responsibilities include, regulation of EMS certifications and licensure. The audit review and assurance that CE/CME/ education classes are in accordance with NRS 450b, local protocols and procedures and are appropriate for ems education. I interact frequently with nearly all agencies involved in EMS, including those of providers, companies, training centers, customers, and the individual First responders in our Valley. I work closely with education and testing, serving as a National Registry of EMT's exam representative. I have 20 years of EMS education and 15 plus years as an EMS educator.
