I have about 23 years of real estate experience. I know how to navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of real estate and guide people to a successful closing with good results and good cheer. I am a hardworking, full-time professional real estate broker. Coupled with my extensive real estate experience, I have a broad background in such diverse areas as law, human resources, customer service, and French literature, making me uniquely qualified to help my clients understand their options, to make the right choice, and to have a fun time while doing it. It is my most important goal that transactions go smoothly and to the benefit of my clients. To that end I work hard to anticipate and avoid pitfalls and to keep clients fully informed at each step. Not only have I handled a substantial number of transactions for myself, but as a manager with two of the big brokerages in town for over fours years I had a hand in resolving a wide range of issues for others as well. Moreover, I don't consider "nice" to be just another four-letter word. Nice is the underlying principal for everything I do. I treat people with fairness, courtesy, and respect. Above all else I am honest and trustworthy. Oh, and modest too. Having spent my entire life in Wisconsin, about 30 years in Madison proper, I keenly appreciate the many advantages of living in the greater Madison area.
