My career began at the dawn of the internet era, where I co-developed one of North America's initial online therapy programs for a B2B market and a pioneering psychology self-help website. My journey included creating three mental health apps, marrying technical skills in iOS, PHP, and C++ with deep mental health insights. I spearheaded the digital health department at Canada's second-largest Employee Assistance Provider for eight years, culminating in a successful strategic exit. I have delivered keynotes globally, served on various boards, and focused on broadening mental health access. My work includes award-winning psychological health videos and providing resources to multinational corporations like 3M. I've also raised mental health awareness through regular media appearances and manage the influential "Artificial Intelligence in Mental Healthcare" LinkedIn Group.
