For over 20 years I have been operating two services for people in the Lincoln area: The Lincoln Karate Clinic is Lincoln's Premier location for children and youth to learn martial arts, self-defense and character skills to last a life time. KICKS Counseling is my private practice for mental health counseling services. My clinical focus has always included working with children and adolescents with behavioral and conduct issues. The past several years, I have also had the opportunity to travel to hundreds of cities throughout the U.S. presenting to thousands of other professionals methods of treatment and behavioral programming. This opportunity also opened the door to authoring two new books about behavioral issues concerning children and youth and at the same time, has afforded me an incredible learning opportunity by meeting so man different professionals across the country.
