While winning is a great feeling, I am most passionate about my ability to change sales culture and help people grow and evolve to become more effective in sales. I have led teams in multinational pursuits, working through time zone differences and coaching team members in different countries. My lateral thinking enables me to bring out the best in every opportunity and produce winning propositions, even against the odds.
