As a management consultant specialising in data and analytics strategy, I am willing to challenge the status quo and innovate to support CDAOs & CDOs transition their organisations to a data-driven enterprise, and to achieve their mission-critical priorities. During my time at Deloitte, I worked with clients across various industries on a variety of data-centric projects, building skills ranging from critical thinking, analysis, and creativity to SQL, cloud data platforms, and dashboarding. By understanding clients' mission-critical priorities and aligning their data and analytics initiatives accordingly, I was able to drive measurable outcomes. My ability to use SQL and analyse data to extract meaningful insights proved invaluable in this role. At the Bank of England, I gained a deep understanding of how data and analytics can be leveraged to support macroeconomic research and financial stability analysis. My role involved developing and implementing a data strategy that will further the Bank’s ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Today, as a senior consultant at Gartner, I continue to help organisations achieve their mission-critical priorities by becoming a data-driven enterprise. I believe that an executable, phased data strategy is essential to achieving success in the modern digital world, and I work with my clients to develop customised strategies that drive their specific business outcomes.
