About Scott Welsh

With over 36 years in the AV industry, I have held almost every position the industry offers, including business owner. I believe in hard work, honesty and character and conduct all business with those three principles in mind. I fear no task, yet respect all challenges. As a former technician, project manager, engineer and business owner I have learned that there is no position less important than the other and that teamwork and relationships are the key to success and try to ensure that all team members feel as though they have a lot to contribute to the success of any project or task we take on. I am pleased to say that I am now working as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering for For the Record. I am excited to be a talented team of AV Technology engineers and professionals and I’m looking forward to helping the team become the gold standard in courtroom technology and implantation. We are focused on the customer experience and making the process seamless and easy for the end user.
