About Scott Whitehead

Ever since the great recession plummeted the economy of the greater Detroit area, I knew I wanted to get a business degree and pursue a career full of strategic initiatives leading to corporate development. I have since graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Management. I also have graduated with an MBA from the Mike Ilitch School of Business with concentrations in Management and Information Systems Management and currently working as an HRIS Analyst. I've worked in the food, retail, auto manufacturing, academia, information technology, plastics, and fintech industries. While working in these industries I've gained experience working with multiple HRIS systems: ADP, Cornerstone, BambooHR, GoodTime, Beamery & Workday. I have experience as an administrator working with multiple Workday areas: Recruiting, HCM core, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Absence. I have also previously served as the main report writer creating dashboards, advanced, matrix, trending, & composite reports.
