My Story - https://dancasetta.com/scottie-brown/ I've been spending the last 15 years mastering how to help students get valuable experience before they graduate and go after that "dream job". While that process will never be over as I'm not perfect and the world keeps changing, I'm blown away at what our young professionals have gone on to accomplish after their time with me. Whether that was a break or semester as an intern or if they stayed with us all 4 years of college and developed into one of our leaders, the end goal is the same. Did you know that 85% of college grads move back in with their parents within 6 months (NY Times)? Helping students do way more than just become independent never gets old. The goal is to help them thrive in their 20's by truly preparing them for their next chapter of life. Do some of them stay with me long term and turn this Vector/CUTCO thing into a career? Of course, and for anyone working here as a career our goal is for them to reach 6 figures ASAP. I genuinely get JUST as excited for the student that lands their dream job or into the med school of their dreams and move on from us though - because working with us allows individuals to excel anywhere. My goal is to help our team become the best version of themselves while learning how to thrive in the real world. When they find out what life is calling on them to do I'm committed to making sure they have the skills, confidence and strategies to be able to do it, no matter where that is. I truly view this as a stepping-stone for the majority of people I work with, and that brings me so much joy. Come see what we are all about, I'd love to chat.
