As a behavioural coach and speaker, I help people and teams; to explore what matters, to have bold conversations and to create courageous cultures fit for the future. With a specialist interest in values, purpose and well being, I combine lessons from ancient philosophy, research from positive psychology and use the inspiration of nature to create profound learning experiences that make a tangible long term difference. My work includes: top team development, C suite 1:1 coaching and support, and designing award winning modular development programmes for global corporations. The clients I have worked with include international sports teams, community organisations and numerous international companies.
