About Sead Bajrovic

Over the past 20 years, I've operated across the full stack of transformation — tech founder building scalable product, corporate operator who launched digital transformation and corporate venturing inside one of the world's largest water companies, and CVC investor deploying capital into new technologies and funds, including full acquisitions. My career sits at the intersection of climate tech, digital transformation, and industrial infrastructure.Today, as founding partner of Water Impact Partners, I support startups, corporates, investors, and public agencies navigating the next decade of the global water and climate transition. Water is becoming an economic, industrial, and geopolitical constraint - moving from a sustainability topic to a board-level strategic variable. The leaders who win this decade will be those who can bridge hard tech, AI, operational excellence, and strategic capital. With experience across Europe, the GCC, and the US, I bring a global perspective to a sector that remains heavily local - translating climate and water technologies into investable, scalable, and durable operating models. If you're a water or climate tech founder at Series A+, an investor deploying into water, or a corporate navigating the sector — reach out with a line on what you're working on.
