I have always been passionate about developing and improving talent in the marketplace. I hold a Doctor in Professional Studies which focused on developing the IT Profession within Europe. Over the years I have been a strong Executive Sponsor to technical communities promoting inclusion and diversity and have actively contributed to the collaboration between the University and Industry sector in Ireland, something I am passionate about continuing.
