My experience includes leading enterprise-level internal and external communications for Barfoot & Thompson across 85+ branches and 2,800+ staff, including large-scale transformational projects. I am adept at navigating complex stakeholder engagement environments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and shaping narratives that elevate brand reputation and employee engagement. My background spans diverse sectors, from a Senior Communications Advisor at Auckland University of Technology where I advised leaders on communications best practice, to a Brand Manager at Phytomed Medicinal Herbs (Kiwiherb), where I managed brand strategy and led content development for digital and retail campaigns. I also bring valuable experience in media relations, fan engagement, crisis communications, and managing large-scale social media channels from my time with Auckland Rugby Union. I am proficient across various platforms, including digital channels and intranet development, with experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and various CMS and intranet platforms. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws, I am committed to continuous learning and contributing across a range of areas.
