About Sean Callahan

I describe my current careers with my 2 G's: Grow and Give. I'm wanting to learn everything I can, while also making an impact in growing strong organizations. I was extremely blessed with my current role as Strategy Analyst to the CEO. It has and I know it will continue to be a fantastic opportunity to see how a cutting edge company, at the intersection of technology and logistics, is able to not only run, but to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible. The leadership team, especially the CEO Sean Henry, is very talented and smart. I am humbled but their abilities, and am grateful for the opportunity that I have to support them. I enjoy deep thinking about challenging topics; currently, I feed this by listening to podcasts. My favorite are Acquired and Freakonomics. The abilities of the hosts of these to tell stories and convey ideas is something I seek to emulate. From June to August of 2020, I had the fantastic opportunity to be a part of the Results Delivery Office at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was great working to help improve an organization that I feel is solving some of the most important problems of human existence. Religious or not, this internship opened me up to experiences that will help me bring value to any organization. I helped to analyze responses to three different surveys from people on all 6 habitable continents. After analyzing the survey responses, I created a slide deck focused on my recommendations to the organization. At the end of the summer I presented my findings to my team made up of former consultants.
