As the Vice President of Sales at Elementary Lending & Homes, I am responsible for overseeing and growing a team of sales professionals who provide comprehensive mortgage and real estate solutions to clients in the Metro-Detroit area. With over 4 years of experience in this role, and over 10 years of experience in leadership positions in various organizations, I have developed strong competencies in team building, management, and leadership. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Walsh College, and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Ferris State University. My educational background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the business and education sectors. I am passionate about coaching and training aspiring business professionals, and I also served as a varsity baseball coach at Warren Mott High School for 8 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and value to my clients and team members, and to contribute to the success and growth of Elementary Lending & Homes.
