About Sean Chamberlin

I am a problem solver. It’s always been who I am, and it’s what I will always be.For the past 4 years, I have been a high school science teacher and coach. Over that time, I have accomplished many things: preparing students for college and work after high school, winning a state championship in baseball, becoming a conference champion in basketball, and showing students, players, and coworkers that work ethic is the key to achieving any goal. The way I’ve gone about this is simple. Identify a problem, develop a solution to address that problem, implement the solution, and reflect on the outcome to better maximize the results in the future. I’ve learned a lot in my time as teacher. How to stay organized to keep individuals on task and present a clear picture to them. How speak in front of crowds of both students and adults in a way that develops trust between each other and show a high level of knowledge in whatever topic I was speaking on. How to be creative in finding different ways of tackling a problem. All these things and more have made me into the person I am today. Someone who is reliable, hard-working, and always constantly learning new things. So here I am at the beginning of a new journey to find a new area to learn and succeed in. To many, understandably so, the task of changing careers can be daunting. To me, it’s exciting because the possibilities are endless. I know who I am, and I know what I am capable of because I am a problem solver. It’s always been who I am, and it’s what I will always be.
