Sean’s responsibilities include coordinating job site construction projects, organizing subcontracted labor and material suppliers, material procurement, project scheduling, staging, and lay down management. His duties include overseeing on-site quality control and safety, actively inspecting, evaluating and documenting to ensure total project success. In addition, he submits daily and weekly progress logs to the senior project manager and project executive.
