About Sean Conroy

As a Director and Company Secretary at ADCO, I am responsible for developing and implementing our corporate governance framework and risk management strategies across our commercial construction portfolio, ranging from early works packages to $300M+ projects. A professional Quantity Surveyor and a Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW, I am licenced as a Commercial Builder in six states/territories nationally. I hold a unique skillset and agility to understand, anticipate and respond to the complex challenges – technical, legal, commercial and regulatory – presented by the Australian commercial construction sector. On our National Leadership Team, comprising Board members and leadership colleagues with a diversity of expertise and backgrounds, I help shape our strategic direction to deliver success for our business, our clients, our employees and our industry partners. I am a member, or Chair, of our key leadership forums, delivering Commercial, Legal, IR, Quality, HSE, Modern Slavery and Reconciliation goals business-wide. I work and collaborate with exceptional people of integrity across our industry, including industry experts and 700+ talented employees at ADCO.
