About Sean Cross

I have been in the automotive industry for over 13 years with 10 of it being in a dealership management role. I served in the United States Marine Corps as a non commissioned officer with deployments overseas after graduating high school. Once out of the Marines I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing while working full time in the automotive business. I became interested in the automotive business after my family was partner in a large autogroup in Scottsdale, Arizona. I watched what hard work and dedication can do in the business and was able to experience the exit strategy as a young kid to one of the nations largest automotive groups in the late 1990's. I believe in helping others grow in this industry while teaching on the spot. Nothing is given but everything is earned. I like to lead by example and I will never ask my team members to do something I have not done. The customer experience is paramount to me. Sales are a key supportive factor along with service to maintain a successful dealer franchise. My passion and commitment to this business is an attribute that I want to instill in others while helping them grow towards their own personal goals. My overall goal is being part of the overall growth of the automotive industry while ensuring that the mission is accomplished and the vision is carried out to the highest standards.
