About Sean Devolites

I am a native of Northern Virginia who has served as a pastor since 2015. I am an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and am experienced in leading faith communities and empowering inclusive and compassionate ministries. My style of leadership is collaborative and rooted in teaching and coaching. I believe churches are at their best when they are identifying the needs of their communities and finding creative ways to help meet those needs. My work is anchored in my faith in God's love and grace. I am a firm believer in recognizing the sacred worth of all people, and am passionate about creating spaces for our collective faith to come alive through story, service, and relationships. I also like running, drinking coffee and beer, and still get chills thinking about the Washington Nationals World Series run.
