About Sean Doyle

In my career as a Trainer, I have had the pleasure of training over 500 insurance agents and underwriters. In my time as a manager, I have had the opportunity to work closely with staff, helping them reach their potential, and identify opportunities for them to advance in their careers. As a facilitator, I always strive to make sure that time spent in class is both effective and enjoyable. It is vital to make the best possible use of time devoted to training, since it is everyone's most valuable resource. I sincerely believe that when training is enjoyable, students retain more information, and are better able to put their learning into practice. When creating e-learning modules, I ensure that the material is concise and thorough, and can be understood and appreciated by its audience efficiently. I have created industry-leading training modules for both new and experienced insurance staff, covering topics such as- Sales - Client interactions - Underwriting - Insurance industry trends - Rules and Regulations - Compliance My favourite part of training staff is having the chance to watch them develop - many of my former students are now leaders in the insurance industry in virtually all facets of the business.
