As a Senior Underwriting Management Analyst at Hiscox USA, I drive strategy, risk selection, and process improvements, transforming underwriting operations for a fast-growing insurer. I specialize in streamlining workflows, integrating AI, and leading cross-functional collaboration to make underwriting smarter, faster, and more effective. My career has been anything but linear—insurance, law, activism, education, even floral design—each experience sharpening my ability to think critically, lead effectively, and connect with people from all walks of life. I’m committed to social justice and community impact. I serve as Board Secretary for the Hiscox Foundation USA and Board Secretary for Lost-n-Found Youth, providing critical services for at-risk and unhoused LGBTQ+ youth. As Co-Chair of Hiscox Pride ERG I champion diversity, equity and intersectionality. I believe in communal effort to build radically inclusive systems that lift people up and dismantling systems that do not.
