About Sean Evins

With over 15 years of experience in technology, strategic partnerships, business development, global and corporate affairs, I am passionate about shaping the future of digital transformation and technology adoption. Currently, as Director of Public Policy Experiences at Meta, I lead a team who engage with high level strategic partners to drive innovation and excitement around the fast-changing AR/VR and AI space. I am also a proud member of the Expert Network at the World Economic Forum, where I contribute to global initiatives and dialogues on digital issues, tech opportunity, and governance. I have an entrepreneurial spirit, having run and built small businesses in the restaurant and hostpitality industries. I am adept at problem solving, strategic analysis and executive leadership. In the corporate world, my professional career has seen opportunities to leverage my skills around technology, stakeholder management, and global affairs to develop and implement strategies to support company growth and success while mitigating risk. Previously, I have served the Director of Global Affairs for Outreach for EMEA at Meta, where I managed a team that supported the adoption, use and scale of our various technologies. I have led key partnerships, go-to-market plans for various products, and was the point person for the elections integrity program. Additionally, I led a team at Twitter focused on building and driving strategic partnerships in Government, Politics, and News, and have hands-on experience working on Capitol Hill and in other areas within the U.S. Government. I work closely with internal and external partners to address complex and evolving challenges and opportunities. I also represent externally in various forums and events, and enjoy public speaking.
