Student affairs professional with specific experience: • Developing programs and initiatives in partnership with academic departments and faculty members that are focused on prevention, intervention, and engagement strategies in order to increase student resiliency and retention; • Supporting students with college and community resource navigation and referrals through 1-1 support as well as the coordination of larger outreach events designed to connect students to appropriate resources; • Coaching, mentoring and supervising student leaders with a focus on developmental student support. This includes but is not limited to one-on-one meetings, team meetings and conducting individual performance evaluations; • Coordinating, developing and delivering student and staff focused training and presentations catering to the specific learning needs of the populations being addressed.
