About Sean Fleming

Sean Fleming is an occupational therapist, employability assessor and regional manager at Rehab First. He is also Rehab First's Vocational Rehabilitation Practice Leader. He is a certified occupational therapist, registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Mr. Fleming is additionally a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, registered with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. He attained his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts, with a focus on Psychology, from York University. Mr. Fleming has clinical experience providing assessment, treatment and discharge planning in areas including pediatrics, mental health, orthopedic and neurocognitive rehabilitation. At Rehab First, he provides physical, cognitive and psychosocial assessment and treatment to enable return to daily activities at home, work and in the community. Mr. Fleming is also a Certified KEY Functional Capacity Assessment Series Administrator. With a strong emphasis on client centered practice, Mr. Fleming collaborates with clients to facilitate function in the areas of self-care, productivity and leisure.
