Sean is a Chartered Accountant providing assurance and financial consulting services with Galent Management Consulting. He has worked across mid-tier and Big 4 firms servicing clients of various sectors and organisation types. His experience stretches across Australia including secondments to Brisbane and Melbourne as well as a Public Sector experience in the UK Sean specialises in Financial Consulting, Internal Audit and External Audit. Sean completed his Gradate Diploma of Chartered Accounting through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) in 2015. Sean’s external audit experience is across a variety of entity types including companies limited by guarantee, incorporated associations, government entities, and small, multinational and private companies across the ACT, NSW, Victoria and Queensland. Sean has experience in compliance and viability assessments on a variety of projects and sites across many government entities. His internal audit engagements include compliance, secondments to in-house internal audit functions, process mapping and systems & processes reviews across government entities, non-government organisations, public companies and listed companies. Sean also specialises in financial and accounting consulting, including secondments into finance teams, process mapping, accounting position papers, financial model development and financial statement preparation and procedures. Sean also volunteers on the Executive Committee for the Weston Creek Molonglo Cricket club as the club’s president, after previously holding the vice president role and executive committee roles at the Molonglo Juggernauts Football Club, Sean’s roles include management of the club, strategic decision making, and stakeholder engagement. This volunteering role allows Sean to apply his professional knowledge and experiences, in a role that helps the local community.
