About Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher is a full qualified, registered Architect in the UK with the RIBA and ARB. With over 15 years Design office & Contract administration experience on a variety of project types both in the UK and Australia from Residential, Educational, commercial and most recently Health related architecture. Sean brings valuable experience which covers a diverse range of major health projects both in the private and public sectors. Having worked as a Health Architect on small to large scale major hospital projects such as St. Vincent's Private Community Hospital, Griffith, NSW (Private -$18 million), the Sunshine Coast University Hospital Project -$2 Billion), the Royal Adelaide Hospital Project -$2.1 Billion), the Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment (Design and Construct) and recently the Victorian Heart Hospital and New Footscray Hospital. His extensive project experience also includes delivery of Contract As Built documentation on the $300 million Orange Base Hospital & associated Health Services for the Pinnacle Healthcare Consortium. Co-ordinating and delivering contract documentation on the Central Coast Regional Cancer Centre, Gosford & Wyong Cancer Care Centre, Wyong, NSW ($41 million) and New England and North West Regional Cancer Centre, Tamworth, NSW ($41 million). Sean has specialised professional experience coordinating services consultants, producing documentation as well as contract administration and design of Healthcare facilities. He has developed excellent skills being involved in clinical user groups delivering documented projects to fully functioning completed facilities in close collaboration with design team consultants, contractors and project managers. Over the years, Sean has also developed a range of skills in the areas of Design, Documentation, Project Co-ordination / Management, Revit / CAD Application, Health Planning, Project Database Management & Planning (dRofus) and 3D modelling.
