I'm a UK based Consultant who helps Tech teams across the UK & Europe scale. I engage with passive and active talent across the Tech ecosystem to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently. I love my job and I think it shows in the results I generate. I aim to collaborate with Tech leaders and act as a trusted recruitment partner to understand both the technical necessities of a position and the culture of the team and organisation. In this day and age, I think having a good team fit is equally (if not more so) important than the technical needs - technical can be taught, team atmosphere cannot.
