My ultimate goal in business, is to fully understand my customer's needs, priorities and goals. This understanding gives me the ability to customize a plan for my customer that increases productivity & efficiency, while decreasing capital and operating expenditures over time. My tenure, of more than 25 years in the industry, allows me to be a sound resource for all of my clients. I am intrigued with buildings (especially envelope structures) and truly enjoy designing long-term solutions to protect my client’s commercial assets against the environment. My experience in the field includes evaluating existing conditions, providing technical support for design professionals to design project specific solutions, budgeting for various options of restoration, maintenance and replacement, overseeing the installation of long-term, high-performance low slope and steep slope roofing systems, architectural and metal wall panel systems, and fluid-applied waterproofing membrane systems.
